Saturday 21st March: We were invited to Nicolas' wedding (a colleague of Nerissa's). Turned out there were 3 other weddings taking place at the same time! We sat through 2 hrs of a 3 hr Evangelical Church service in Kinyarwandan (Jules' view obscured by the lady with the big head wrap- see bottom) and then we followed the wedding party on to Novotel where wedding photos were taken.
On the way, we passed the famous Kigali roundabout where every weekend, wedding pictures are taken. On this particular weekend we see a Muslim party assembled by the monument. I managed a few hours by the pool that afternoon while Ris and Jules went on to the reception.
